Organisations sometimes find it helpful to have an independent person visit their service to observe, assess and recommend strategies to develop and promote good practice. We provide observations of our findings, followed by a detailed analysis and face to face feedback where required, debriefing to staff after a critical incident, and feasibility studies. Hazel Ratcliffe is an experienced and highly skilled training consultant and life coach. She holds several health and social care qualifications, an adult teaching certificate and a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
