I have been working as a Psychotherapist for nearly 30 years, offering affordable counselling sessions, my career has been in Mental Health, Social work, Health & Social Care.

In the first session we have the opportunity to hear what has brought you to therapy and to see if you feel that we can work together. The sessions are weekly, they last 50 minutes, breaks & holidays are negotiated. I ask for 50% of the session fee if cancelled less than 24 hrs before we meet.

Supervision

I also offer Clinical supervision to Counsellors, Life & Executive Coaches & Specialist Social Workers. I trained as a Clinical Supervisor 20 years ago.
